• Connected with X-431 Main Unit to simulate and test various types of sensors in vehicle.
• Graphic Display
• Under simulative mode it receives signals from Main Unit and then executes according to commands from Main Unit. Detailed analysis is presented by the output data in forms of graph or curve.
• Voltage Setting
• Under testing mode it transmits test result to Main Unit according to requests from Main Unit. Also its voltage indication cursor can be moved to change voltage range any time and this flexibility of simulative changes will assure precise output of the sensor.

The Pico Automotive Diagnostics Kit turns your laptop or desktop PC into a powerful automotive diagnostic tool for fault finding the increasing number of sensors, actuators and electronic circuits found on today's vehicles.

The automotive kit is based around the highly successful range of Pico automotive oscilloscopes. These high resolution PC oscilloscopes connect to a USB port on your PC and can take up to 512,000 samples per trace, making it possible to capture complex automotive waveforms — including CAN bus signals — and then zoom in on areas of interest. Being PC-based these waveforms can then be saved to your PC for future reference, printed or emailed.

PicoScope automotive oscilloscopes are specifically designed for use only in automotive applications. With features such as high resolution and accuracy, a large memory buffer, and a high-speed USB connection, PicoScope automotive oscilloscopes offer unrivalled performance, and are suitable for use in the most demanding automotive applications.

Two different PicoScope automotive oscilloscopes are available: the PicoScope 3223 2-channel oscilloscope, and the PicoScope 3423 4-channel oscilloscope.

For users without a USB compatible PC, the ADC-212 lab scope can be connected to a parallel port, and is suitable for basic automotive fault diagnosis.

The PicoScope 3223 is a dual-channel oscilloscope and is capable of capturing waveforms from up to 2 sensors at once. To make it easier to diagnose faults on complicated systems, the 4-channel PicoScope 3423 can capture waveforms from up to 4 sensors at once. For example, this injector waveform shows how the PicoScope 3423 was able to capture the injector voltage signals from all 4 injectors from Bank 1 of a V8 cylinder engine.
